     Fees:

Our fees vary due to type of signing documents (refi, HELOC, firsts, seconds); fees must also account for travel time and other costs, as well as one hour (typical) spent with the borrowers.

As we value your continued business, we will work with you to establish an appropriate fee. Please call us first for a fee quote...

- CT is a "witness" state, meaning that most documents that require recordation (such as a mortgage or deed) also require two witnesses --one of whom may be the notary (this second witness need only be present for about 2 minutes...). We do not provide witnesses--that is the borrowers' responsibility (our fee for providing witnesses may be additional which includes their travel time).

•  Weekly Sun-Sat:  7 am-12 pm (noon)

• also available Sun-Mon: evenings only

• we attempt to handle emergency signings, but  please, call ASAP...3 hrs. min. preferred;

• "e-docs" (legal or normal format) via  most 

  on-line viewers (please allow 3 hrs. to retrieve all  complete documents)--IMPORTANT, we will not do less than a three hour notice;

• be advised that we may charge an additional  fee for copying documents--notification with the order that copies will be necessary;
